We collect information necessary to coordinate training workouts, manage client bookings, process merchandise orders, and ensure athlete safety. This includes:
- Contact Information: Parent and athlete name, email address, phone number.
- Athlete Profile: Age, grade level, school/club team, relevant medical/injury considerations.
- Payment Data: Handled securely via encrypted PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g. Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers directly.
2. Protection of Youth & Minor Information
Because we train youth and high school athletes, we prioritize minors' privacy. Registration and consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not sell or market youth personal data to third parties.
3. Video & Media Recording Consent
During private lessons, team clinics, and camps, Coach Charlie Miller utilizes video breakdown for mechanical instruction. Promotional photography or video may occasionally be captured during camps for ATTACK Basketball Academy and Breakthrough Basketball instructional materials. Parents may request exclusion in writing.
